Order & Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability and errors in product or pricing information.
Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Product Policy
Product Availability
All flowers and products are subject to availability. In cases where specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value, maintaining the same style, theme, and color scheme of the original order.
Product Quality
We guarantee the quality of our flowers at the time of delivery. If you're not satisfied with the quality, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the received products.
Please Note:
Due to the natural characteristics of flowers, there might be slight variations in color, size, and appearance from the images displayed on our website. These variations are normal and reflect the unique nature of natural products.
Payment & Pricing
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Cancellation & Refunds
Orders can be canceled and refunded fully if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. For same-day or next-day deliveries, cancellation is possible only if the order has not been processed yet.
